About us
Ichi Umai strives to offer the best contemporary Japanese cuisine at an extremely affordable price. Our recipe was developed by our Co-founder Chef Low, who has 39 years of experience working with Japanese chefs in Singapore in his early years. The signature dishes are Bara Chirashi Don, Ika Mentai Mayo, Kuri Buta Don and Kaisen Ramen. We do not charge GST and service charges.
